Paul Staindl was admitted in 1982 and became a partner the same year. He originally practised in Commercial and Property Law, providing a great grounding for commercial aspects of Family Law.

He has served on numerous not for profit boards and has previously been a Board Member of Relationships Australia (Vic). He has presented countless papers to legal forums and has appeared on television and radio to comment on current Family Law issues.

He was in one of the first batches of Accredited Specialists in 1989 and went on to sit on the Accreditation Board for over 10 years, of which he was Chairman for six of those years.

He has been Managing Director of Clancy & Triado for over 20 years.
