Accredited Family Law Specialists
Many of our lawyers are accredited family law specialists, and our founder, Patricia Clancy AM, was recognised with the Order of Australia for her commitment to family law.
What is an Accredited Specialist?
An Accredited Specialist is a solicitor who is recognised as an expert in their particular field by the Law Institute of Victoria.
Recognition requires at least five years 'full-time practice experience and at least three years' practice experience in the chosen area of specialisation.
The solicitor must also pass a comprehensive examination process and maintain a high degree of professional development in their area of specialisation.
We Tell Your Story
Our lawyers are compassionate and driven to helping people and their families navigate stressful situations and rebuild their lives.
We understand the importance of being able to tell your story. We know from our experience that being heard is one of the most important issues for our clients. We will advocate for you and present your version of events in its best light.
We view Court proceedings as a last resort. Our aim is to resolve your case quickly and cost-effectively via negotiation and mediation.
We succeed in resolving about 95% of our cases before court proceedings have been finalised, saving our clients stress, cost and time.
Flexible Funding
JustFund is Australia’s only dedicated provider of flexible funding solutions for family law legal fees.
Eligible clients can access a flexible line of credit to cover legal fees and expenses related to separation or relationship property proceedings.
You don't have to repay the loan until you reach a settlement, which we hope reduces the stress associated with paying costs upfront.
