Penny commenced working as a family lawyer in 2001 and has had experience practising in both Australia and the United Kingdom. She joined Clancy & Triado in May 2017 and has continued to build her reputation for delivering clear, pragmatic advice across all areas of family law. She holds a Master of Laws (Commercial and Government Law), which underpins her analytical skills and enhances her ability to navigate complex legal and financial issues. She regularly works with financial advisors, accountants and other professionals to ensure her clients receive comprehensive and well‑rounded support. 

Where possible, Penny promotes negotiated outcomes and alternative dispute resolution processes, helping clients avoid protracted litigation. However, when court proceedings are necessary, she is a strong and effective advocate who is committed to protecting her clients’ interests.
