Penny Rutledge holds a Masters of Law (Commercial and Government Law) and with experience in parenting, child support and property matters, including the division of international assets, Penny aims to assist parties in reaching a just and equitable outcome in an efficient, commercial and tax-effective manner.

Penny has been practising family law since 2001, joining Clancy & Triado as a Senior Associate in May 2017.
