Kimberly started her career in New Zealand where she was admitted. She spent time in the UK where she was actively involved in complex children cases.

Kimberly became a Director of Clancy & Triado in 2000 after joining the firm in 1998. She gained specialist accreditation in Family Law from the Law Institute of Victoria in 1999 and has over 30 years experience in Family Law casework.

Kimberly’s experience has been across complex financial matters as well as difficult and challenging parenting cases touching on relocation cases, same sex relationships, disputes, complex health and high conflict cases. Her financial case experience includes very large property cases where large private business interests have to be valued and complex company and trust structures have to be worked through.

Kimberly regularly gives back to the community and has served on the board of Relationships Australia for many years. She is a current member of their lawyer’s panel promoting Mediation and other dispute resolving methods. She regularly delivers papers on family law topics and is called upon to chair panel discussions in complex property and parenting issues.

Kimberly is highly regarded by her peers and is consistently recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a leading family and divorce lawyer in both parenting and children’s matters and high value and complex property matters. She is also recognised in Best Lawyers Australia.
