Annelise graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts initially and then completed her Juris Doctor in 2020 (Masters).

Throughout her studies, Annelise gained experience in community legal centres and commercial practice. This background has provided her with an understanding of the intersection of different areas of law. However it was Family Law which took her interest and so she applied to become a Judge’s Associate.

Annelise worked as Legal Associate to a judge in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) for two years. During this time, she was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor in Victoria.

Testimonials

To my Team Melanie, Savannah, and Phoebe words are not big enough to say how thankful and grateful I am for the effort that went into my case (definitely one of a kind) one that will be remembered (with many twists and turns) From the moment I sat in the office with having no clue of what was going to happen in front of me, they made me feel at ease with clear instructions The support and the act of care was incredible.
