Bob Forrest graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University in 2020 and was admitted to practice in 2022.

During his studies, Bob worked at a boutique lending and financial advisory firm, developing valuable insight into the commercial side of family law matters, particularly business and real property valuations.

Having completed his professional training with Clancy & Triado, Bob relocated interstate, returning to Clancy & Triado in January 2025.

Bob was drawn to family law by the opportunity to work closely with clients to resolve their matters as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

He understands emotional toll family law matters can take on clients and strives to provide empathetic and practical advice, strategically guiding clients through the negotiation and, where necessary, litigation process.

Bob has broad experience in both financial and parenting matters, as well as in intervention proceedings.

When not in the office, you’ll find Bob on the tennis court or, Melbourne weather permitting, at the beach.
